Printed to Order

All of our clothing is printed to order especially for you. This helps reduce waste and allows us to offer a wider range of colours, sizes and designs.

Processing & Delivery

Please allow 5–14 working days for your order to be printed, packed and delivered.

While many orders arrive sooner, delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Standard UK Delivery: £4.99

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment is taken.

Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Multiple Deliveries

As we grow, some products may be fulfilled by different printing partners. If your order contains items from different suppliers, they may arrive in separate parcels and at different times.

European Orders

Orders shipped to countries within the European Union may be subject to local VAT, customs duties and/or handling charges on arrival.

These charges are not included in the price paid at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please be aware that customs processing may occasionally cause additional delivery delays

Delays

Although we do everything we can to meet our delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to production demand, courier services or other unforeseen circumstances.

UK orders: If your order has not arrived after 14 working days, please contact us and we'll be happy to investigate.
European orders: Please allow up to 21 working days before contacting us regarding a delayed delivery.
