NOV-ENDURE 2026 β Challenge Rules & Terms
NOV-ENDURE is an inclusive virtual activity challenge organised by Any Body Can Run (ABCR). The challenge takes place from 1β30 November 2026.
Choose your challenge
π₯ Bronze β complete 30 hours of activity during November
π₯ Silver β complete 60 hours of activity during November
π₯ Gold β complete 90 hours of activity during November
Your hours can be accumulated throughout November. There is no requirement to complete activity every day.
What counts?
Run, walk, roll, cycle, swim, gym/train or choose another form of physical activity. You can mix different activities throughout the month. NOV-ENDURE is about moving your way, at your pace.
Recording your activity
Participants are responsible for keeping a record of their completed activity. Evidence may include records or screenshots from activity trackers such as Strava, Garmin, Fitbit or Apple, gym or swimming records, or another reasonable way of showing the activity completed.
Details of how and when to submit your completed challenge will be provided to registered participants.
Your medal
Participants who complete their chosen challenge and submit their results will qualify for the corresponding Bronze, Silver or Gold NOV-ENDURE finisher medal. Medal fulfilment and delivery details will be confirmed before entries open.
Under 18s
Anyone under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate. The parent or guardian is responsible for deciding whether the activities undertaken are appropriate and adequately supervised.
Taking part safely
You are responsible for choosing activities appropriate for your own circumstances and abilities and for taking part safely. NOV-ENDURE is a personal challenge, not a race, and there is no requirement to complete activity that you feel is unsafe or inappropriate.
Photos and community updates
ABCR may invite participants to share photographs, stories and progress during NOV-ENDURE. We will not use participant photographs or personal stories for ABCR promotional or social-media purposes without permission.
Entry, cancellations and delivery
Final entry price, medal delivery arrangements and cancellation/refund terms will be published before entries open on 1 October 2026.
Privacy
Information supplied when registering will be used to administer NOV-ENDURE, communicate with participants and fulfil challenge-related requirements. Marketing emails are optional and require separate consent. Please see the ABCR Privacy Policy for further information.
